Starter Locs – Full Service Appointment This service includes a complete detox cleanse, a scalp moisture treatment, and the installation of starter Locs using your preferred method—determined during your required consultation. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products, specially formulated for Loc care. If you prefer to use a different product line, please bring your own products to the appointment. This does not affect the cost of your service. You are charged for the professional service provided; products used are complimentary.

Full-Service Wash & Style Includes: Shampoo Deep Conditioning Detangling (if needed) Blow Dry Basic Styling (select from curated style menu) PLEASE NOTE: For Locs: This service includes a wash, moisturizing treatment, and minor defrizzing only. It does not include retwisting or loc styling. For those services, please book the appropriate Loc maintenance appointment. For Loose-Natural Hair: If you're requesting anything beyond the basic styles listed, you must book the specific style service you want. These services already include a full wash as part of their package, or may require an upgraded full-service fee. Example: If you're booking a Crochet Install, please select that service directly and add "Full-Service Upgrade" in the notes section if your hair requires it. Natural Braids (e.g., cornrows, two-strand twists) do not require an upgrade — the wash is already included. All style options and corresponding price adjustments can be selected from the curated service menu.

Full-Service Micro Loc Retwist This appointment includes a detox wash and conditioning, towel-dried only, followed by the retightening of Micro Locs using the interlocking method. The service also includes moisturizing and oiling of the scalp and Locs to maintain healthy hair and scalp. Styling services are available for an additional fee. Please indicate any styling requests in the comments section when booking so that appropriate adjustments can be made to the appointment’s price and duration. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products. If you prefer to use a different brand, please bring your own products to the appointment. This will not affect the cost of your service, as charges are based on the service provided; product use is complimentary.

Starter Locs – Full Service This appointment includes a detox wash, scalp moisture treatment, and the installation of starter Locs using the method discussed during your consultation. Please note: Starter Locs created with comb coils—particularly in large or jumbo sizes—require more frequent maintenance during the early stages. For optimal results, clients should expect maintenance every 3 to 4 weeks for washing and retwisting during the first year, until the Locs are fully matured. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products, formulated specifically for Loc care. If you prefer to use a different brand, you are welcome to bring your own. This will not affect the cost of your service. Charges are based on the service provided; product use is complimentary.

Sister Locks Retightening Appointment This service includes a detox wash (towel-dried only) followed by the retightening of your Sister Locks. All Loc appointments include a wash as part of the service. Styling is available for an additional fee. If you’d like to include styling, please indicate this in the comments section when booking so that appropriate time and cost adjustments can be made. Please note: Appointment duration may vary based on: The length of time since your last retie The amount of new growth Any necessary repairs The thickness and density of your hair Be prepared to spend a minimum of 4 hours—though it may take less time depending on your specific needs. *If appointment exceeds beyond allotted hours for selected service, you will be charged additionally based on service and /or time. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products. If you prefer a different brand, you are welcome to bring your own products. This does not affect the service cost. You are charged for the service itself; the products used are complimentary.

Full Service (Wash, Dry, Braid, Set) — This service includes natural braids (no extensions), box braids, cornrows, two-strand twists, and mini comb coils. Please select your preferred style below; pricing will adjust accordingly based on your choice. Important Note: For hair that is 16 inches or longer, an additional charge of $20 per 2 inches will be applied. Longer hair requires more time, effort, and product, and this upcharge reflects the additional work involved. Please consider this when booking your service. The stylist uses Made for Locs and Loose-Natural hair care products by Taliah Waajid. If you prefer to use a different brand, you are welcome to bring your own products to the appointment. Formal Loc Styling (Add-On Service Only) Formal Loc styling is available exclusively as an add-on to a scheduled Loc Retwist appointment. These are the most intricate, time-consuming, and premium styles offered. Please be prepared to allow an additional 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the style you select. Be sure to choose your desired formal style in advance so that proper time and pricing adjustments can be made.

Take-Down Service This service is your opportunity to unwind while we handle the complete removal of your braids, twists, crochet styles, or box braids—quickly and efficiently. After removal, your hair will be thoroughly detangled, washed, conditioned, and blow-dried, followed by simple styling (please choose from the curated style list below, the cost and allotted time will adjust according to what you select). This allows your scalp and hair to rest before your next protective style. To help prevent traction alopecia—a condition caused by tension and stress on the hair follicles—it is strongly recommended to take down braids at least one week before reinstalling a new protective style.
