All new clients are required to book a consultation prior to scheduling an in-person appointment to begin our journey together. Once you book your consultation, you will receive two emails: The first email will confirm the date and time of your consultation appointment and include the Zoom link needed to connect. (Please note: payment for the consultation is required in advance, and your appointment will not be secured until payment is received.) After your payment is processed and your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a second email from your provider, Pammie. This email contains a detailed questionnaire that must be completed thoroughly and submitted no later than the evening before your consultation. The consultation will be conducted virtually via Zoom and typically lasts 45 minutes to one hour. Your full attention is required, and cameras must be turned on during the call. Please come prepared with any questions you may have—remember, the only bad question is the one you don’t ask. Please note that consultation payments are non-refundable. Starter Locs – Full Service This full-service appointment begins with a detox cleanse of the hair and a scalp treatment to ensure a clean, healthy foundation. Starter Locs will be installed using one of the following methods, based on your hair length and texture: Comb Coil Set (using firm hold Loc Gel by Taliah Waajiid): Ideal for shorter hair, offering a defined, uniform look. Two-Strand Twist: Recommended for longer hair to help reduce frizz and maintain longer-lasting hold between appointments. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products specifically formulated for Loc care. If you prefer a different product line, you are welcome to bring your own. Please note that this does not affect the cost of your service—product use is complimentary; charges are based on the service itself.

Full Service (Wash, Dry, Braid, Set) — Includes natural braids (no extensions), box braids, cornrows, two-strand twists, and mini comb coils. Please select your preferred style below; pricing will adjust accordingly based on your choice. The stylist uses Made for Locs and Loose-Natural hair care products by Taliah Waajid. If you prefer a different brand, please bring your own products to the appointment. (Please note: This does not affect the cost of your service. Charges are based on the service provided; the products I use are complimentary.)

Formal Loc Styling (Add-On Service Only) Formal Loc styling is available exclusively as an add-on to a scheduled Loc Retwist appointment. These are the most intricate, time-consuming, and premium styles offered. Please be prepared to allow an additional 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the style you select. Be sure to choose your desired formal style in advance so that proper time and pricing adjustments can be made.

Sister Locks Retightening Appointment This service includes a detox wash (towel-dried only) followed by the retightening of your Sister Locks. All Loc appointments include a wash as part of the service. Styling is available for an additional fee. If you’d like to include styling, please indicate this in the comments section when booking so that appropriate time and cost adjustments can be made. Please note: Appointment duration may vary based on: The length of time since your last retie The amount of new growth Any necessary repairs The thickness and density of your hair Be prepared to spend a minimum of 4 hours—though it may take less time depending on your specific needs. *If appointment exceeds beyond allotted hours for selected service, you will be charged additionally based on service and /or time. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products. If you prefer a different brand, you are welcome to bring your own products. This does not affect the service cost. You are charged for the service itself; the products used are complimentary.

Micro Locs Installation — Full Service This appointment is a complete start-to-finish service, including a thorough wash and conditioning of your hair. Please note: Based on the texture, thickness, and length of your hair, the session may require additional time. Appointments that extend beyond 8 hours will incur an additional fee of $40 per hour. Micro Locs are started using the two-strand twist method, with interlocking maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks. A uniform grid pattern is not required, allowing flexibility based on your hair's natural flow and density. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products. If you prefer a different product line, you are welcome to bring your own. (Please note: This does not affect the cost of your appointment. You are paying for the service itself; the products provided are complimentary.)

Take-Down Service This service is your opportunity to unwind while we handle the complete removal of your braids, twists, crochet styles, or box braids—quickly and efficiently. After removal, your hair will be thoroughly detangled, washed, conditioned, and blow-dried, followed by simple styling (please choose from the curated style list below, the cost and allotted time will adjust according to what you select). This allows your scalp and hair to rest before your next protective style. To help prevent traction alopecia—a condition caused by tension and stress on the hair follicles—it is strongly recommended to take down braids at least one week before reinstalling a new protective style.

✦ DETOX TREATMENT FOR LOCS (ADD-ON SERVICE ONLY) ✦ This must be booked as an additional service—not a standalone appointment. This add-on service is designed to deeply cleanse and rejuvenate your Locs before your main service begins. Includes: A 20–30 minute soak using an MFL vegan Loc Detox Bar, similar to a bath bomb, formulated to lift and remove excess buildup, dirt, product residue, and impurities from your Locs. Followed by a professional Loc wash using clarifying products. After Detox: If booked with a retwist, your retwist service will resume immediately after the detox and cleanse. If booked as a Loc wash only, your Locs will receive light defrizzing, then dried under a low-heat hooded dryer (approximately 25 minutes). Finished with a gentle rose water mist for hydration and a scalp and Loc oiling treatment to lock in moisture.

The service also includes moisturizing and oiling of the scalp and Locs to maintain healthy hair and scalp. Styling services are available for an additional fee. Please indicate any styling requests in the comments section when booking so that price and time adjustments can be made accordingly. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products. If you prefer to use a different brand, please bring your own products to the appointment. This does not affect the cost of your service, as charges are based on the service provided; product use is complimentary.

The service also includes moisturizing and oiling of the scalp and Locs to maintain optimal hair and scalp health. Styling services are available for an additional fee.
