Winter Solstice Cleanse Service Prepare your crown chakra through a holistic cleansing experience—both spiritual and physical. This service begins with a thorough detox and deep cleansing of your hair, followed by a nourishing heated conditioning treatment designed to hydrate and protect your crown from the harsh winter elements. The final phase is an energy detox, incorporating healing crystals, sage cleansing, vibrational tones, and aromatherapy to balance and energize your crown chakra. This ritual supports releasing what no longer serves you, allowing you to move forward with renewed intention for the upcoming season. Please note: This is a limited-time service with very limited appointment availability. Dates available: December 13, 2022 – December 21, 2022 only.
Cancellation Policy
**Lateness after 30 minutes is an automatic penalized cancellation. An additional $25 fee will be added to your bill once you've reach 20 minutes of lateness. ** Deposits are not a requirement. However, if a pattern of 3 or more last-minute rescheduling or penalized cancellations occurs, a non-refundable deposit will become a requirement for EVERY appointment moving forward. Your appointment will not be approved until the deposit is received. Please do not make a habit of canceling or making last-minute rescheduled appointments. (**Note** a rescheduling occurs within 3-5 days of the original date, any later will be counted as a cancellation). ** No call/No show, you will be banned from services. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for not showing up with no notice. ***Contagious Illness Policy*** -If you are feeling symptoms in relation to COVID-19 or any communicable (contagious) illness (eg. cold, flu, rash etc.), do not come to your appointment. Notify your stylist via the chat feature on this App or text, to discuss things privately. Due to HIPAA Law, your information will be kept confidential. Please do not come to your appointment sick, you will not be seen if you are ill.
