Service Description
Full-Service Wash & Style Includes: Shampoo Deep Conditioning Detangling (if needed) Blow Dry Basic Styling (select from curated style menu) PLEASE NOTE: For Locs: This service includes a wash, moisturizing treatment, and minor defrizzing only. It does not include retwisting or loc styling. For those services, please book the appropriate Loc maintenance appointment. For Loose-Natural Hair: If you're requesting anything beyond the basic styles listed, you must book the specific style service you want. These services already include a full wash as part of their package, or may require an upgraded full-service fee. Example: If you're booking a Crochet Install, please select that service directly and add "Full-Service Upgrade" in the notes section if your hair requires it. Natural Braids (e.g., cornrows, two-strand twists) do not require an upgrade — the wash is already included. All style options and corresponding price adjustments can be selected from the curated service menu.
Cancellation Policy
**Lateness after 30 minutes is an automatic penalized cancellation. An additional $25 fee will be added to your bill once you've reach 20 minutes of lateness. ** Deposits are not a requirement. However, if a pattern of 3 or more last-minute rescheduling or penalized cancellations occurs, a non-refundable deposit will become a requirement for EVERY appointment moving forward. Your appointment will not be approved until the deposit is received. Please do not make a habit of canceling or making last-minute rescheduled appointments. (**Note** a rescheduling occurs within 3-5 days of the original date, any later will be counted as a cancellation). ** No call/No show, you will be banned from services. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for not showing up with no notice. ***Contagious Illness Policy*** -If you are feeling symptoms in relation to COVID-19 or any communicable (contagious) illness (eg. cold, flu, rash etc.), do not come to your appointment. Notify your stylist via the chat feature on this App or text, to discuss things privately. Due to HIPAA Law, your information will be kept confidential. Please do not come to your appointment sick, you will not be seen if you are ill.
