Service Description
Full-Service Large/Jumbo Loc Retwist This appointment includes a detox wash and conditioning, towel-dried only, followed by the retightening of Locs using the interlocking, crochet, or twisting method. The service also includes moisturizing and oiling of the scalp and Locs to maintain healthy hair and scalp. Styling services are available for an additional fee. Please indicate any styling requests in the comments section when booking so that price and time adjustments can be made accordingly. The stylist uses Made for Locs brand products. If you prefer to use a different brand, please bring your own products to the appointment. This does not affect the cost of your service, as charges are based on the service provided; product use is complimentary.
Cancellation Policy
**Lateness after 30 minutes is an automatic penalized cancellation. An additional $25 fee will be added to your bill once you've reach 20 minutes of lateness. ** Deposits are not a requirement. However, if a pattern of 3 or more last-minute rescheduling or penalized cancellations occurs, a non-refundable deposit will become a requirement for EVERY appointment moving forward. Your appointment will not be approved until the deposit is received. Please do not make a habit of canceling or making last-minute rescheduled appointments. (**Note** a rescheduling occurs within 3-5 days of the original date, any later will be counted as a cancellation). ** No call/No show, you will be banned from services. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for not showing up with no notice. ***Contagious Illness Policy*** -If you are feeling symptoms in relation to COVID-19 or any communicable (contagious) illness (eg. cold, flu, rash etc.), do not come to your appointment. Notify your stylist via the chat feature on this App or text, to discuss things privately. Due to HIPAA Law, your information will be kept confidential. Please do not come to your appointment sick, you will not be seen if you are ill.
