Service Description
Full Service (Wash, Dry, Braid, Set) — This service includes natural braids (no extensions), box braids, cornrows, two-strand twists, and mini comb coils. Please select your preferred style below; pricing will adjust accordingly based on your choice. Important Note: For hair that is 16 inches or longer, an additional charge of $20 per 2 inches will be applied. Longer hair requires more time, effort, and product, and this upcharge reflects the additional work involved. Please consider this when booking your service. The stylist uses Made for Locs and Loose-Natural hair care products by Taliah Waajid. If you prefer to use a different brand, you are welcome to bring your own products to the appointment. (Please note: This does not affect the cost of your service. Charges are based on the service provided; the products I use are complimentary.)
Cancellation Policy
**Lateness after 30 minutes is an automatic penalized cancellation. An additional $25 fee will be added to your bill once you've reach 20 minutes of lateness. ** Deposits are not a requirement. However, if a pattern of 3 or more last-minute rescheduling or penalized cancellations occurs, a non-refundable deposit will become a requirement for EVERY appointment moving forward. Your appointment will not be approved until the deposit is received. Please do not make a habit of canceling or making last-minute rescheduled appointments. (**Note** a rescheduling occurs within 3-5 days of the original date, any later will be counted as a cancellation). ** No call/No show, you will be banned from services. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for not showing up with no notice. ***Contagious Illness Policy*** -If you are feeling symptoms in relation to COVID-19 or any communicable (contagious) illness (eg. cold, flu, rash etc.), do not come to your appointment. Notify your stylist via the chat feature on this App or text, to discuss things privately. Due to HIPAA Law, your information will be kept confidential. Please do not come to your appointment sick, you will not be seen if you are ill.
