Service Description
Coloring Services Include: Dye application, including wash and deep conditioning treatment. Color rinses, complete wash, color application, rinse, and deep conditioning treatment. Coloring can be added as a service or booked separately. As a separate service, the fee includes minimal styling for natural hair but does not include retwisting or styling for Locs. An allergy patch test is required prior to any color service. Please do NOT wash your hair prior to your color appointment. If requested, the stylist will purchase the color on your behalf; the cost will be added to your final fee. Please note: Service time may be adjusted depending on hair length and coverage requirements. IMPORTANT COLOR POLICY – Please Read Carefully: NO BLEACHING OR STRIPPING of hair will be performed under any circumstances. NO permanent black box dyes will be used, as they do not lift and can interfere with future color goals. NO henna or metallic dye lifting services will be offered. It is absolutely essential that you disclose any and all prior coloring history to your stylist before booking your color service. This includes use of black box dyes, henna, or any past chemical or permanent coloring. Failure to disclose this information may significantly alter your final results and can compromise the integrity of your hair. Color-treated hair often requires additional moisture and care. A follow-up moisture treatment regimen may be recommended to maintain hair health post-color.




















Cancellation Policy
**Lateness after 30 minutes is an automatic penalized cancellation. An additional $25 fee will be added to your bill once you've reach 20 minutes of lateness. ** Deposits are not a requirement. However, if a pattern of 3 or more last-minute rescheduling or penalized cancellations occurs, a non-refundable deposit will become a requirement for EVERY appointment moving forward. Your appointment will not be approved until the deposit is received. Please do not make a habit of canceling or making last-minute rescheduled appointments. (**Note** a rescheduling occurs within 3-5 days of the original date, any later will be counted as a cancellation). ** No call/No show, you will be banned from services. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for not showing up with no notice. ***Contagious Illness Policy*** -If you are feeling symptoms in relation to COVID-19 or any communicable (contagious) illness (eg. cold, flu, rash etc.), do not come to your appointment. Notify your stylist via the chat feature on this App or text, to discuss things privately. Due to HIPAA Law, your information will be kept confidential. Please do not come to your appointment sick, you will not be seen if you are ill.
